Who are we?

Peyora is an online store which was founded in 2020. We are based in Dubai, UAE. We sell all types of skincare, cosmetic, wellness and beauty products including products related to baby and pregnant women.

What do we offer to our customers?

We offer all types of skin care, cosmetic, wellness and beauty products of various international brands to all different age groups ranging from newborn babies to adults. We are always in process of introducing new brands and products in our online store. Our choices are influenced by the latest trends and of course by customer demand.

Can we trust Peyora?

All our products come from various international brands and are 100% original. As we are an online store, we are extra cautious and take all the measures, so our customers receive genuine products therefore our quality team makes sure that all products are sourced directly from an authorized retailer. We provide you with all the information and we guarantee dedicated and efficient customer service.

Does Peyora have a shop?

Peyora does not have a shop yet. We are strong believers of online shopping.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Shopping with Peyora is easy.

  • Log on to www.peyora.com.
  • To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to cart' with your desired quantity.
  • To review your items, click on the 'cart' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
  • When you are ready to place your order:
  • Click on ‘proceed to Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
  • Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

How do I change an item in my order?

Once you place an order, unfortunately we are unable to change it due to the volume of orders we receive. Please make sure your order is correct before placing an order.

Will I receive an Order Confirmation?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder because sometimes automated emails can be re-directed in your spam mailbox.

I previously ordered a product from Peyora but can no longer find that product on your website. What happened?

If you cannot find a previously ordered item, it may have been discontinued, recategorized, renamed, or replaced. Please contact our Customer Service via email on info@peyora.com for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do we ship from?

Peyora is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and all our shipments are made from here.

What are the Delivery Fees in the UAE?

All orders above AED 250 are delivered with no shipping cost within 2-3 working days. For orders that are less than AED 250, a delivery charge of AED 25 will be applied.

Do you ship internationally?

Peyora ships only to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. However, this might change in the future as there is always room for us to expand and improve. Please make sure you follow us on social media to stay up to date with our latest news and announcements!

When can I expect my order delivery?

Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days in the UAE and 2-5 working days if it is to be shipped abroad to GCC countries. You may contact our customer support team on +971 44 237 657 or email us on info@peyora.com if you would like further information. 

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?

If you provided us with the wrong shipping address, please contact our customer support on info@peyora.com or support@peyora.com with your order details and your correct address as soon as possible.

Payments

What kind of payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card - Visa/Mastercard
  • PayPal - Choose to pay securely through PayPal using your debit card or credit card. Registration is free and easy.
  • Cash on Delivery.
What if my payment has failed?

How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?

At Peyora, we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure network connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time. Kindly check our Privacy Policy.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes, you can pay Cash on Delivery.

Can I pay by credit card for my order?

Yes, you can pay using your credit card.

General

How do you preserve the products from heat?

The products are kept in air-conditioned environment all the way until they reach your door. The storage facilities are air-conditioned and so are the delivery vehicles.

When will the reward points be added to my account & when can I redeem my reward points?

The reward points are added as soon as you place an order. You can redeem your points once you reach 50 points or spend AED 1000 or what is equal AED 1000 in a different currency.

An additional item was added to my cart after I checked out. What can I do if I added this to my cart on accident?

Additional items cannot be added to the cart after you check out. Please make sure you go over your cart carefully before you place an order to avoid any problems.

Why am I receiving emails from Peyora?

We frequently feature special offers and promotions, and gifts with purchase, newsletter and some of new arrivals brand and tips for our loyal customers.
